The project comprised of the refurbishment of the main reception to
the ground floor including a new toilet, decorative refurbishment and ceiling replacement to 3rd and 4th floors and decorative refurbishment to parts of 5th floor and both staircases. Within the building, office accommodation was created up to the 4th floor with flats and
boardroom on 5th floor.
