High quality CAT B fit out over the part 1st and 2nd floors for Finlays Tea. Works included bespoke joinery including specialist tea laboratory and research facility, teapoint, open plan office space, meeting and boardroom, cellular offices and high levels of graphic manifestation

High quality CAT B fit out over 9 floors. The project comprised new ground floor reception finishes and wall cladding, cellular and open plan office areas to the 1st–to–5th floors and more significant refurbishment to the 6th floor with the introduction of meeting rooms and a café area, and refurbishment to the 7th floor flats.
