The works consisted of moving the National Gallery offices from the 2nd floor to the 1st. Dean’s Yard
The works consist of the refurbishment and extension to provide basement staff facilities, ground floor education centre, first and second floor offices and a self-contained flat on the third floor. The works include modifications to the mechanical and electrical services, flooring, external and roof repairs and decorations throughout.
BSO Clinical Centre
Shell and Core-to-CAT B fit out of new build development with. Works comprised of new facade curtain walling, reception area, treatment and meeting rooms, locker and shower area, teapoints, office & training areas.
Changing Faces
CAT B fit out for this registererd charity. Works included reception, open office area, meeting rooms and cellular office space, teapoint, breakout area, as well as external and common parts refurbishment.
