National Gallery
The works consisted of moving the National Gallery offices from the 2nd floor to the 1st. Phase 1 of the works was striping out the 1st floor from CAT A and fitting out to CAT B whilst replacing windows, open plan and modular office space, meeting rooms, bespoke joinery items, break out area, teapoint, and new toilet and shower rooms. Phase 2 of the works was reverting the 2nd floor back to CAT A for relet.
