Formed in 2003, sq-m2 Ltd has built up a large and diverse portfolio of satisfied clients.
Our Central London base leaves us well-placed to respond quickly and efficiently to our clients within the M25 and the Home Counties, while we have also completed large projects for clients in the UK’s major cities.
As well as our core business of office fit outs, sq-m2 offers a complete Design and Build service, while our experienced special projects team specialise in quality residential, leisure and hospitality projects, with particular focus on working sympathetically within listed buildings.
Our Approach
sq-m2’s approach is simple. We believe that offices can be functional and affordable at the same time as being inspirational.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients a truly bespoke, responsive and personal service, involving them at every stage from conception to completion. From the initial appraisals and consultations to the moment that you welcome your first visitors to your new office, we will strive to make sure that you’re nothing less than totally satisfied.
The majority of our clients remain in occupation while we complete their projects and it is important to us that they are able to carry on their work without being disturbed by ours.
Every single member of sq-m2’s team is trained to provide an excellent level of customer service. We will always ensure that the site is as tidy as possible while work is in progress and that noise disruption is minimised and is always by agreement.
Health and Safety concerns are also paramount, which is why we employ external specialists to independently audit our sites and provide the necessary training for all of our staff.
At sq-m2 we’re also conscious of our environmental and corporate social responsibilities. We believe that our involvement in recycling and regeneration projects – as well as our charitable activities – are a key part of what makes us so special. We strive to use sustainable materials wherever possible and our recycling rates are among the highest in the building industry.

Technical Services
At sq-m2 we recognise the importance of high-quality mechanical and electrical service installations to any successful refurbishment or fit out project.
In order to provide our clients with a truly complete service, we employ a dedicated department of skilled technical specialists to cover IT, telephony, electrical, mechanical, lighting and air conditioning.
Quality Management
We’re not happy unless our clients are happy, which is why we’ve put a series of strict quality management procedures in place that make up the core of our ISO9001 accreditation.
We make sure that any subcontractors that work with us conform to the same high standards as our own employees. We also believe that the best way to retain a high quality workforce is to make sure that our sites are run professionally. We undertake rigorous regular site inspection procedures and constantly work to reduce air and noise pollution and waste.
