Refurbishments

As with our section in "Office Areas and phased interior fit outs" we also carry out refurbishments for landlords and their advisors where our works will compromise of returning a floor or floors back to Cat A which could include demolishing of the existing interior and restoring the space back to its original specification. The work generally will comprise of new raised floors, floor finishes, decorations, new ceiling with compliant lighting and mechanical services.

We would also refurbish common parts within the building such as receptions, toilets, lifts, lobbies, stair cores and lift cars.
