We carry out many of our projects in occupied space and therefore have to phase our delivery to ensure minimal disruption for our clients. All our teams are trained to ensure that they communicate clearly the programme of the works to the client's staff to ensure that the highest levels of health and safety are achieved; importantly we also engage all the other tenants or departments in communicating what work is taking place in any give week to ensure they are appraised.

Before any work is carried out we will agree with the client or their advisors a programme that is tailored to their business needs.
