sq-m2 was formed in 2003 and our typical project values range between £250,000 and £3 million. From our central London offices we are ideally positioned to respond quickly and effectively to clients within the M25, the Home Counties and in major cities across the South.

To add to our contract base, we offer sq-m2 Design & Build - which is dedicated to offering a complete design and build service - ensuring a non-prescriptive design approach.

Alongside our core business we have introduced sq-m2 Projects. Its highly-experienced team is focused on top quality residential, leisure and hospitality projects and has a strong background in listed premises and the hospitality and leisure sector.
